ACF Pro Chefs Oregon is lucky to be located in an area that is served by so many cooking schools producing eager students wanting to be a apart of our profession. Below is a list of the local schools. We are very thankful to them for the students they provide us with who help every year at our various events, espcially the Bite of Oregon where we run the Chef's Table. Without these student voluneteers we wouldn't have the success we do every year. We are especially grateful to Le Cordon Bleu here in Portland for allowing us use in the past of not only their kitchens for prep but their small wares as well. Because of these schools involvement and commitment to the Chef's community we are able to help raise tens of thousands of dollars for Special Olympics Oregon every year at the Bite of Oregon.
